Random Screen Share Request?

Hello,
Recently I was sent a random request from apple support to view my screen, I did not request this call. I called apple but unfortunately was unable to come to a consensus on why this had happened. I ran malwarebytes to see if my mac had contracted any malware however nothing was picked up. I was wondering if there was anyone who has also experienced this random apple support screen view request and if so what the cause of it was.
