iTunes syncing to new computer

I recently had to restore my computer to factory settings and was unable to backup my files because my computer crashed before I had a chance to. Is there a quick and easy way to get all the music and apps off my phone into my iTunes library? I tried backing it up, but only a few of my songs get imported into my library. Any ideas?
