I don't see anything that stands out, however the report indicated some of your startup items are out-of-date. Go to System Preferences - Users & Groups - click your account and click Login Items. Select the items that you don't need on startup and click the - symbol to remove them.


I also see your machine does not have enough RAM, however you have 16GB installed that indicates something is using a lot of your RAM. Open Activity Monitor (Applications - Utilities - Activity Monitor) and then click the Memory tab and look to see what is using up the RAM.


Finally I see your 1TB HD is filling up, move large libraries such as your photo, music and movie libraries to an External Hard Disk and re-direct the apps that use those libraries to the new location.
