I recently bought 50GB of icloud storage. Unfortunately, my wife recently upgraded her OS and signed herself on using my old Apple ID and now has the 50GB's on her account which I am now unable (either through stupidity or technical inepititude) to access on a new Macbook with a different Apple ID. Is there a way to transfer the storage I have bought to my new Apple ID ?

I'm afraid this is not possible. However she can downgrade the storage to the free level so that she will only have had it for a month.
