Opened an email link to PayPal scam email didn't enter any info am I Ok non jail broken iPad 2

Opened a PayPal link to phishing email didn't enter any info reported straight away is my iPad ok it not jail broken do I need to do anything else

iPads do not get viruses. If you entered no information, you're OK.
