How can I change the sort order of mail
My email is listed with the newest on the top. How can I change it to have the newest on the bottom?
iPad Air 2-OTHER, iOS 9.2.1

I still dont understand... There should be a user guide...
I can not find the mail - view selections....
Here is my mailbox when i open it:
Here is when I click mailboxes, showing the inbox:
Here is when i click mailboxes, showing the list of mail boxes:
Then what I see if I open one mailbox, is the same as the picture in my previous posting.
I can simply not find the commands for Mail - View...
You can sort each column:
for example: click the Date Received column: it switches the sort order.
Or click the From column: mails are sorted on alphabet, another click reverses the sort order.
Or click the To column.... and so on.
No these are from a mac....😊
In your screenshot the underlying message on the right side is "no message selected"
click one on the left,
then click it again or click the right side,
no message displayed?
I can display one message... i have described the process above.
The first photo is what it looks like.
I however dont have a full screen view with the listings of mail messages and options.... there is a picture also of how the folders are shown, in the left third of the screen... i can not list these folders nor the content of one folder on the full screen... (or i dont know how to do it)
Obviously this mail app is different from the one one the mac....
When I select one message, it is displayed as as in the first picture above... only without the left hand side menu partly covering the message.
I can not at all find a menu - view type of selection ....
Ah, yes but you did not display the columns:
go to
Mail->View: the first item is "Columns", select the ones you want to see
When they are there, do as I said above.
indeed.
Your screenshots definitely don't look like my app... are these taken from the Mail application that comes with iPad Air 2?
indeed, but my post above is what it should do on the iPad....
you have to select the message even if it is one.
click the one on the left,
then click it again or click the right side,
no message displayed?
