Hi, I lost my windows boot after creating a new small partition in disk utility. Could someone help me pls?
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.1), i7 4850HQ, 16GB RAM, Geforce 750M
Please post the output of
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
Now the partitions will look different, so the steps have to be modified.
You're the man Loner! It worked fine, I created the shared again and used your instructions and got my windows back but only the problem, I couldn't see the shared partition in Windows. What do you think?

Can you post the output of
diskutil list
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The MBR#3 entry is your shared partition. Can you run Windows Disk Management and check? Do not modify anything in Windows DM.
I checked Windows, the shared partition is not visible in Windows disk management.
Please post a screen shot of Windows Disk Management screen, if possible.
Can you flag MBR 3 with Fdisk and test? Let me know if you need the commands?

3. From the OS X side, can you right-click on "Shared" and post the format of the partition. You can also do the same thing from Terminal using the following command...
