when taking screen shot on iphone 6 it turns phone off.will a reboot fix this ?

why is my iphone6 turning off when i try take a screen shot ?

Do you mean the phone is completely powering down? Or do you mean the screen is going black? If you mean the screen is going black, it sounds as if you may have the timing wrong. You need to tap both the Home and the power button at the same time.

no...the phone goes off.....and then when re open phone...no need to input password ...
