I bought my iphone 6s from US.I live in Turkey .Its screen was broken and i can't fix it here.Where can i fix it ?

I doubt that it can be done locally since warranty and services are not International.

That's why never buy an iPhone in a country you don't live in.

Europe countries are the only exception and is considered as one big country.

You might have friends in the U.S., send it to them and let them take it to an Apple Store.
