this may help:
press and hold both the Power button and the Home button, keep holding..... when zou see the white apple logo appear, let go of both, then let it start fullz. Set time and date to now again.
Be careful, this may brick your phone. It's a new issue that was discovered by a number of curious users. Why would you change your date to January 1st, 1970?

D he already did it. the forced reset will not do any further harm.
One must be really crazy to do this. The article will only augment the number of cases... (not your fault, but your iPhone is bricked) š
In General: There will never be a (complicated) OS that can be completely safe for really idiot actions!
Nobody sets accidentally a date to 1.1.1970 š
True š

Read the article to the end. You have to go to apple with a copy of the paid bill. And hope that they will help you...
You "accidentally" changed the clock? What? How on Earth did you do that on accident?
1.1.1970 is Unix date t=0. The iOS layer should gracefully recover, but this may be an issue with certificates stored on the device which can be invalidated and iOS is no longer graceful.
can you tell mehowto change it ? pleaseš¢
I did: You have to go to apple with a copy of the paid bill. And hope that they will help you...

Since this is a user to user support forum, what you choose for your device is of no concern to us. If you don't want to spend the time to get a problem that you created fixed, then that is your prerogative. No need to tell us.
