CBS app not working on 4th gen

I'm having issues with the CBS app. I've been a subscriber to it for the past few months. Today it asked for me to restore the itune purchase..which I do..but then it just keeps repeating the process over and over. If I'm paying for a subscription I expect it to work. I've done two restarts, deleted the app. What's the deal or what's the fix? Is this a known bug?
