Blocking an email address from my iCloud email address

i need to block an email address from my iCloud email. How can I do this?

Personally, I'd write a rule that just deleted it.

Thank you. II did that on my gmail and yahoo. Do I need to go to the actual Apple web to do this?

You can write rules in Apple Mail on a Mac or at iCloud.com > mail on a web browser.
