Error 53

Bricked iphone error 53 issue - any ideas on how long it's going to take Apple to rectify this problem? Or has anyone fixed it without having to go back and get original home touch button?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

There will never be a way without that button. How did you lose your button? screen fixed at a stop and go and they changed the button to because they have no idea what they are doing? then You Unknown restored or updated and got the error? its a dirt thing apple did makes people go to them for repair.

Its likely that the 'repairer' damaged the home button flex and swapped it out, if this was the case you should have been notified! Its also possible though that only the long flex was damaged, in which case that particular flex can be replaced without any issues. Always research 3rd party repairers by checking reviews, webpages and social media to ensure you are choosing the right one. 🙂

Apple 'makes people go to them for repair' because far too many of the unauthorized third-party shops 'have no idea what they are doing'.
