Fastest way to get a 12,000 iCloud library onto iPod

I have a fresh 160G iPod, and 12,000 songs in the cloud. Can I mass-download all songs onto my Macbook to sync with the iPod, rather than clicking on 12,000 little cloud icons one at a time? Thanks!
