how do I FTP to IPAD Pro

I am looking to be able to transfer files to and from my Ipad Pro from my Win 10 desktop. I know the IP address of the Ipad but not sure how to connect...

what port and protocal,

iPad, iOS 9.2

Use iCloud Drive to transfer your data.

iOS does not allow FTP, SFTP, SSH or any other similar type connection. You can transfer files to apps via numerous cloud-based storage services (iCloud, onedrive, box, Dropbox, sugarsync, etc) or you can use iTunes (iTunes 11 for Windows: Transfer files between your computer and mobile apps).
