Can you choose 'Wired Network' and continue? Device Manager is the Windows Device Manager in Control Panel.

I already looked in the device manager and there isn't anything relating to a printer

It is not an issue if https does not work, because HP did not implement a secure access method (it should though).
Your ability to get to the web page indicates that you can access the printer from Windows.
1. Do you see any messages if you click on Syslog? It should show you messages, even if there is no Syslog destination configured.
2. Can you click on Bonjour and see check the available options/settings?

Bonjour was not on (On the mac side)
I turned it on
when i clicked on it , it shows HP OfficeJEt Pro 8600 when i click on it the EWS page come up
NOW i see where there is one for the Win side but i have to down load it
