Different chart colour for positive or negative

I have a chart (pic attached) - I would like to be able to make the bar a different colout when it is negative: is this do-able?

Thanks Wayne - I was hoping there would be a 'built-in' solution, rather than a workaround, but I will try what you suggested when I get a moment and see if I can get it to work!
