Flappy bird- apple id-app store

Hi. As we all know that flappy bird has been removed from the app store, i downloaded it from a friend's apple id who already had purchased it before it's removal. But the problem is, although i have downloaded it successfully, the app isnt displaying on my own apple id's purchased list that is recently logged in my iphone 4s. Is there a way to associate it with my apple id? Please help me if you know a solution.

You said yourself you use the one purchased with your friend's apple id. You shouldn't be surprised it doesn't show up in your own purchases list. Did you purchase it?

Anyway, there is no way to associate it with your apple id since you didn't actually purchase it.

You have a pirated app. What is purchased is a license to use an app. It is a licensed copy only to the Apple ID which bought the license. The Apple ID is encoded into the copy, it is in its DNA. You have come to the Apple Support Communities and admitted that you have pirated your friend's copy of the app by installing it on your device. There is no solution. You need to delete the app and stop illegally sharing apps which are licensed to someone else.
