Windows 8.1 Boot Camp disappeared

I posted this issue a week ago and now I'm facing the same issue. I tried to troubleshoot it the same way but it won't work.

After repairing (boot camp) on (Windows 8.1) I was unable to reboot to Windows. From what I can see, there's a new partition (disk0s3) which can't be repaired. Cant someone please help me recover the partition as it's being used by a manager and all his files are saved there! I'd like to highlight the fact that I have no experience troubleshooting Mac OS so I'd really predicate if someone can explain what I can fix the issue in details.

Product: iMac

OS : Mac OS X 10.6.8

Can someone help please?
