Cannot connect to my verizon mobile hotspot via macbook pro!

... its been a month now that every time I attempt to use my verizon mobile hotspot, my laptop cannot connect to it. first I thought it might be the wireless car inside the laptop but I can connect to wifi easily. any suggestions?

Your MacBook Pro won't connect.

Your friend's phone won't connect

Your old phone won't connect.

You get an error message saying you've entered the wrong password.

Hmm... whatever could it be?

You don't think it could be that you have the wrong password!? nope, I'm sure that couldn't be the case.

Check Verizon support on how to reset the wireless password on the hotspot.

Have you tried using the bluetooth app to connect?
