Problems with audio using Hulu over Apple TV
We're experiencing significant problems streaming Hulu through Apple TV. The problem is with the audio. Frequently, when we start a new episode of a TV show, there is no audio. The audio plays just fine during the advertisement that precedes the episode, but then it's gone when the episode itself starts. Last night, for example, we tried to watch an episode of Casual. No audio. I restarted the same episode 3 times (which meant, annoyingly, that I had to sit through the same ad 3 times) and each time there was audio during the ad but then no audio during the episode. I unplugged the Apple TV, waiting a minute and plugged it back in. Selected the same episode and had the same problem.
Prior to last night, we've sometimes been able to get audio on Hulu content, but it's rarely worked without similar problems--either there being no audio, or sometimes there will be audio briefly but then it goes away. We do not experience this problem streaming other services through Apple TV, such as Netflix, HBO or with iTunes media. Any advice?
This is a second generation Apple TV, purchased in September 2010.
