Bootcamp error: windows failed to start

I have an imac late 2009. osx el capitan 10.11.2 and bootcamp windows 10. They run fine until i installed osx 10.11.3 update. Bootcamp partition won't load. It shows on finder. It shows on alt boot too, but when i select it, i have this screen:

Tried many fixes hier and on other sites, with terminal, windows disc.

anyone can help, thanks in advance.

The notifications from ASC do not always come through properly. Your 2009 Mac does not officially support W10. The BCD file is in your Mac's EFI partition. If it is touched/modified by an OS X update. it can cause Windows to crash. Please use https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/927392 (bootrec.exe) to rebuild your BCD. Make sure your drives are unlocked before you rebuild the BCD.
