I have a iPhone 5s when i conect the phone to iTunes It sees like iPhone 5s but when i chek it to the oficial apple website It sees like iPhone 5C
Have a look on the back. There's a model number that starts with A followed by four numbers. Google that number.

If you enter the serial number into Apple - Support - Check Your Service and Support Coverage it will tell your your iPhone's model. This is accurate. If it says it is a 5C that's what it is. The other way to tell is features. The 5S has Touch ID; the 5C does not. If the model number on the back does not match what the above link says, then the back was replaced. A1533 is a 5S model.

What are you entering into the coverage link? The serial number, or the IMEI? And where are you getting that information? The only accurate place is settings/general/about.
