How to change aspect ratio from 16:9 to 9:16 iMovie 10.1

i Created 16:9 movie and would like to play in Microsoft PowerPoint in 9:16 but once I played it, the whole screen has squeezed out, i.e. The images becomes taller and narrow. Can someone please help me out? Thanks allot!

iMovie 10.1 only works in 16:9 but you can rotate and resave the video without distorting it using Quicktime Player:
