Convert QTVR legacy files to a modern-browser format?

I have several panoramic VR files in MOV format, and obviously they cannot be viewed any more on my web site because the plugin is not available. Is there a conversion app that can change these MOV files into a format that web site visitors can view without downloading plugins or using a local viewer?
