Hello, I use OS X El Capitan and I am very pleased but the trash suddenly crashed and stopped working. I get a error message when I drag the items to the trash as the screenshot. I tried to fix this problem but I can not.

Hello, there is no problem when I log in as guest, I can easily go to items to the trash and I can easily empty the trash. But the admin account I can not do them again.
I did Application - Utilities - Termina and fill in the code, but I get a this message.
I think that you'd be better served by contacting Apple Support. Click the Support link at the top of this page. Making a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store would be the best option, if it's available to you.
oh my God a "genius" for such a stuff?
1) check if your account is admin or not
2) if you are admin correct disk permissions with disk utility
3) remove /.Trashes and ~/.Trash with sudo rm -rf
4) if nothing works, create a new user with admin privileges, move on that all your stuff and delete your old user

You can not correct permissions with Disk Utility in 10.11.x
sudo /usr/libexec/repair_packages --repair --standard-pkgs --volume /
btw creating new admin user and move data on it and delete the old one will do the work
otherwise you will need to clean install OS X again
Yes, I tried to contact them but they couldn't help me because of my Macbook Pro (Mid-2009) was vintage.
that's from the Terminal, not Disk Utility like you directed the OP to use.
How can I do this?
SIP should prevent the need for the permissions, if your down to that something may be out of whack on the OS.
Also last time I directed a user to delete from the terminal I was reprimanded by a select group of contributors here for potentially causing a bigger problem.
You can't empty the Trash or move a file to the Trash - Apple Support
After that not working I'd say remove ALL external devices and flash drives, reboot into safe mode
and try to empty trash holding down the option key.
Anyway we start the beginning first. The trash is empty as you see.
I just create a folder.
When I choose the folder to move the trash this screen appears.
I click the delete, but the trash looks empty.
