Transferring Contacts from Hotmail to iCloud

Hello there! I'm trying to import some of my hotmail contacts into iCloud, So far in my iPhone I have tree groups of contacts

1) All contacts > 273

2) Hotmail contacts > 184

3) iCloud contacts > 114

Is there anw to transfer my Hotmail Contacts into iCloud??
