Connecting Notebook Docking Monitor

How can I connect my MacBook Pro with HP EliteDisplay S231d Notebook Docking Monitor using USB port?

When I connect, my docking monitor remains blank.

To output video via USB you need drivers for the monitor/adopter.

Those are provided by the monitor/adopter manufacturer.
