You have taken the first step on this road. Be prepared for issues. Do not use EFI Boot on your 2011 Mac. It does not work correctly.
No chance. The Superdrive was broken and got replaced with a 2nd SSD. It doesn't exist anymore.
There is no other chance via an USB drive or stick?
