Beware of using Readdle Scanner Pro App with iCloud

Hi All,


Has anyone here used Scanner Pro App by Readdle with iCloud, if so check that you have't lost your files, I would be interested to know if you have the same issues as I have below?


All my scans went missing, and when I lodged a support ticket they blamed iCloud drive having a glitch and they were aware of, but none of my other iCloud drive enable apps have any problems. They attempted to help a little but nothing get the files syncing back from iCloud to Scanner Pro.


I'm about to give up on using Readdle Apps altogether as nice as the apps are they are too buggy and support isn't the best.


Some of the symptoms you will see is:


1. Blank corrupted documents.

2. duplicate corrected documents.

3. missing documents from the app.


I suggest take a backup of your scanner pro directory in cloud drive asap.


If Readdle do manage to fix my problem soon and I'll make sure that I'll post an update here but I doubt they will fix it.

I have the exact same problem, but have not yet found a solution to this unfortunately


have tried a lot of thing, I have multiple copys of many of my document, some of them is corrupted.. Some of them is stretched and not readable. And if I try to sync between iCloud Drive and the app folder nothing happens


But starting my phone from scratch dumping my current backup/ did remove my problem with syncing FYI


would be nice if someone new where the problem is
