Hi. So I have icloud linked to my Windows PC, Ipad and MacBook Air. I use all three to work for university. But for some reason some files I save to the icloud only show up when I look at the icloud from the device I made them on. It is very frustrating as I keep having to email my files to myself.
MacBook Air
Try going to iCloud.com to see if the items are there and whether they are from the device or the computer. That should show whether the device or the computer isn't syncing. If the computer, try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing. If the device, go to Settings/iCloud and do the above. You can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign in again.
Exactly what sort of files are you talking about.
I went to the icloud online and it looks like it is the home pc that is not syncing properly and that is a windows pc. Any idea how to fix that?
Stop syncing, wait a couple of minutes, and then resume syncing. You can also try signing out of iCloud and then sign back in.
