Outlook 2007 Caledar Not Syncing With Iphone.
Meetings created in outlook show up on my iPhone calendar. Meeting created on my iPhone calendar do not show up on my outlook calendar. How do I fix this?

From your question, I understand that your Outlook calendar is syncing to your iPhone and you can see them, but events created on your iPhone are not showing up in Outlook. Because we know syncing is working, from computer to iPhone at least, I suggest adjusting your view settings in Outlook to try and find these events.
Look for missing data
Depending on your view settings, you might not see all of your calendar events and contacts in Outlook. If you don't see them all, search for them in Outlook. If needed, adjust your view settings so that all contacts and events show up.
