Error -16. Corrupt mov files

I got about 14 corrupt mov. files, they are in all sizes from 0.1 GB to 4.7 GB . Everytime I try to transfer them to a harddisk, I will get a message Error -36 and stop the transfering. I've tried to transfer them with wetransfer.com, dosen't work. Tried to export them from Adobe Premiere Pro, it stop at 48 percent.

Changing the files name dosen't work either.

Though I tried with the Software Handbrake. It worked, but only a fragment of the whole film. I was recommended to try this: http://grauonline.de/cms2/?page_id=5bBut it's a demo version and thus only convert half the film. It was worker of Apple Store who recommend me those two programs.

The film was filmed from a Canon Rebel T4i, and recorded with a 32 GB class 10. I was filming for a school performance. On the brakes, I transfer the files to the macbook and when it's done, I formate the card, because it didn't had enough space for the rest of the performance. There where two performances, with each a brake, so I transfer the files four times. The strange thing is that is the files from the second and the third time that are corrupt, and not on the first and fourth.

Please help. I'am open to try a screen recording, because the files play just fine, but I would like to try a program that can also record the sound.
