Lucinda Williams's latest cd not on Apple Music

I've been searching, the way I searched for Dylan's "The Cutting Edge, 196" which is available only as a best-of. Anyone understand how labels and Apple make these tactical decisions, and what other CDs are held back from this or other streaming services?

Its the labels that make these decisions and not Apple. They sometimes decide not to offer certain artists, tracks, or albums via streaming and unfortunately there's nothing we can really do about it.
