Run http://www.etrecheck.com/ that should help identify better what is going on.   I'm guessing the problem is the RAM, but first I must isolate what Etrecheck has to say.    And backup your data.

i would remove this using the vendors uninstall instructions.  Experience in these forums has shown that anti-virus, Mac cleaners, and memory cleaners have caused far more problems then they solve.

Spotlight seems to be crashing a lot.  A first step would be to do a clean Spotlight indexing of your disk(s)

You also have a lot of Window Server crashes.

I'm getting the feeling you have a corrupt system, and maybe you should re-install OS X over top of the current install to hopefully replace any corrupted OS X files.  Or backup (twice preferably) and do a clean OS X install, then restore you data from the backup.

I DO NOT know that your system is corrupt, but something is causing these OS X tasks to repeated crash.

        2.85 GB    com.apple.WebKit.WebContent(15)

Safari is using a lot of memory.  This is NOT a cause of your problems, just an observation.  It is possible you have some very greedy web pages in one of those tabs.  If you find your Mac is running low on RAM, you might consider evaluating if you need to keep all those tabs open, especially if you can identify the one(s) that love lots of RAM.

As a example, I have 8 tabs open in Safari, and I'm using about 500MB.  You have twice as many tabs, but 5 times the amount of RAM being consumed.

Thank you for your help.  I was beginning to suspect CleanMyMac based on things I had seen else where, so I have uninstalled it. Spotlight seemed to reindex itself after a clean shut down and startup.

The crashes actually started in Yosemite before I upgraded to El Capitan.  I was able to recover my system using Disk Warrior, but it keeps happening, it got better after El Capitan, but didn't go away.  I have replaced the hard drive in this process, so I don't think that is the problem.  For what it's worth, a Remember check says the memory is OK, but Apple Hardware Diagnostics won't run on my computer--it freezes as soon as testing starts.

I am going to restart after the CleamMyMac uninstall and reinstall El Capitan.  Then observe from there.

Quit or uninstall Memoryclean. Let the OS handle memory use. Third party software such as this interferes with normal system operation.

Are all the panics exactly the same

    Kernel Trap

    Backtrace

    com.apple.iokit.IOAcceleratorFamily2

You do NOT need to post them all, I'm just wondering if they are identical, or if there are differences between the panics.

I agree with , that you should stop using

        Memory Clean    Application  (/Applications/Memory Clean.app)

Anti-virus, Mac cleaners, and memory cleaners generally do not perform well on newer versions of OS X.  They interfere, they get in the way, and sometimes they cause problems.

In the case of a memory cleaner, you are forcing the Macbook Pro to read and write to the SSD much more frequently than necessary.  This has 2 drawbacks.

    A) it causes your Macbook Pro to use more power to to do those SSD read/writes, draining your battery faster, generating more heat, causing the fans to run faster, drawing more power, all of which shortens your battery life.

    B) it shortens the life of the SSD, as SSDs have a finite number of writes in them.  If you are artificially increasing the number of writes, you are shortening the life of the SSD.

I would have a C), if you were using a rotating hard disk, in that it would slow down the Mac waiting for read I/O to get the data back, but SSDs are rather fast, and while technically slower that having the data already in RAM, it is not that noticeable.

/etc/sysctl.conf - File exists but not expected

Generally /etc/sysctl.conf is not modified.  I do not even have that file on my system.  Do you know why it was modified?  Maybe it was something that you installed, where you had to give your admin password.

As an experiment, you could try removing or renaming the file so it is no longer /etc/sysctl.conf.  You might be able to do it via Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder -> /etc and then try to rename it.  You may need to enter your admin password to do the change.

If not, then Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal

    sudo  mv   /etc/sysctl.conf   /etc/sysctl.conf.save

Password: <enter your password, then the <return> key; it will not echo, but it will be seen by the sudo command>

    reboot your Mac

However, I do not know if any of the above is responsible for your kernel panics.

Yes, all the kernal panics are identical.

I uninstalled Memory Clean and renamed that file you referenced. After running EtreCheck again it no longer shows that there is insufficient memory. I'll report back if the panics continue. Thanks for the help!
