I woke up this morning to find that my cat had peed on my iPhone 6 which was sitting on a pillow charging. I have wiped it with alcohol wipes and it is currently sitting in rice. Will it be okay? Can it be fixed? Will i have to replace it?

Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of the nearest Apple store to purchase an out of warranty replacement. First off, cat urine is extremely corrosive, and you will never get the odor out of the device. Get rid of it.

I forgot to mention that the screen was playing up a little bit and the touch screen wasn't responding as well.
Any kind of liquid will damage your phone. I hope you have taken out Apple Care ... or your personal insurance covers it.

No, the chart discusses the cost of an out of warranty replacement, which is at a price much lower than a new device, the $468.95 listed for out of warranty.
No, i mean by that i just pay the rest of my contract, which isn't much left on it and i get a new one that way.
