Combined Thunderbolt and MagSafe 2 cable for non-Apple monitor?

I'm using my Macbook Pro with an LG 34UC97 monitor with Thunderbolt connection. Is it possible to get hold of a combined Thunderbolt and MagSafe 2 cable as supplied with the Apple Thunderbolt monitor, and, if so, would this work with the LG monitor? My aim is to use the single cable, rather than two, for power to the Macbook and the display connection.
