My icloud only content 147 photos, however it has fulled 4,7Gb in that!
Please show me how to solve this issue! Thanks!

It's not how many photos but the size of each one. One photo may only be a half a MB where the next is 2MB's. It's the photo file size you have to take into consideration.
These photos are almost 2-4 Mb per photo, so it is 588 Mb in total!

Unfortunately, the Apple support any solution.
It is really very annoying.
You have 0 photos and 0 videos stored in iCloud. Your photos and videos are using 2.1 GB!

If in windows, i uninstall iCloud for windows and clean every entries and them i install again, i can have different results with this problem.
If someone can help me to indicate the entries of iCloud for Windows in the registry to clean all, i think is the same of installing this iCloud for the first time.

I am unable to log into iCloud (on my IOS9.3-updated iPhone) even to see how much space is left. And I am not able to login to iCloud.com using any browser right now. I can access the page, I can type in the username/password and see how icons move behind the "glass" but then it fails with an error message that indicates that authentication broke down. I guess that some authentication serverfarm broke down for Apple. In a really nasty way.
With only 147 photo, my icloud has fulled the storage! I dont know why?
