Wrong signal processing for strong T-wave in heart rate detection

I have an observation that when T-wave (of the cardiac cycle) is strong, apple watch tends to count the T-wave as a heart beat which causes very inaccurate result. Sometimes the apps can correct the error after a while, but my observation is that at the start of the apps, it would show my heart rate as 120 (which my resting heart rate is around 55) and only after a while it would show a range of 60 to 80. However, it causes a huge problem as the periodic 10 mins heart rate only takes the beginning data and therefore I always have a daily heart rate from 40 to 120. is there anyway that can help to improve the accuracy?

(remarks: no tattoo on my wrist and the sensor has a closer contact with my skin)
