I have tried many times to make an appointment for my broken Mac Pro. Every time I try to set to a time with my VALID Apple ID and my VALID email address. it stops me and says "Please Enter A Valid Email Address". I am now stuck since I can't not enter my email address, nor is there any way to call or get face to face help. Unacceptable terrible service!

I was able to make (and Cancel) an appt. @ the Easton Store in under a minute. Firefox browser

Didn't work. Followed the exact same steps with the same result "Please enter a valid email address." I give up and will take it to a 3rd party repair place that doesn't make me jump through endless hurdles just to get assistance.
Do you have an iPhone? If so, download the Apple Store app and try to set up the appointment that way.
What steps do you take - in detail - start with device, browser... ending with the precise point where you are challenged for your email addy

HP business laptop and Android phone. Both Firefox. Cleared chase & cookies same results. I can't use the actual Mac Pro since its broken and unusable.
Like I said I don't want to waste time with an Apple Store and will use another authorized reseller/service dept.

I have the same problem: my email is ********, so I believe it's getting flagged as not a real email, because of the "info". Try making a new appleid with another email, if you have one, and try that.
<E-mail Edited by Host>The email in my previous post was blocked by apple as personal information. It's "info" before the at symbol.
It is likely being filtered because it does indicate a "business" by being 'info' @ 'gamecompany' (dot) com
SPAM is a VERY big problem here in ASC, which is only ONE reason that your email address was removed.
Regarding Genius Bar reservation... I would imagine something similar is happening.
A "business" might seek to book all the appointments at a Genius Bar so that their "shop down the street" might be a "second choice" of real consumers
use a different email address for an Apple ID !!!!!!
