I have tried many times to make an appointment for my broken Mac Pro. Every time I try to set to a time with my VALID Apple ID and my VALID email address. it stops me and says "Please Enter A Valid Email Address". I am now stuck since I can't not enter my email address, nor is there any way to call or get face to face help. Unacceptable terrible service!
My email started with 'info at' and I had the same issue. I had to create a new Apple ID, and then it worked.
STUPID!!!
Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security and tell them you tale.
Sometimes the "system" needs a little personal attention 😉
I had the same email invalid message across all browsers. It finally worked though, I just had to repeatedly click on the available appointment slot.
Good evidence that the Apple servers were having a bad day - it happens sometimes, especially with transactional systems ( unless they are taking your money 😉 )
It's not safe to show an actual email addresses in an open online forum - scammers will pick it up.
