updated to IOS 9.3 and activation server is not responding

Hi ,

i just updated to IOS 9.3 on both my iPhone and iPad.

Everything went fine on my iPhone, but the iPad cannot connect to the activation server.

Both are on the same apple ID.

Does someone have the same experience?

Hi everybody,

I think this might help (is what I did and some others on this page to):

1. Take any internet-connected computer/tablet/phone, go to iCloud.com and login.

2. Go to 'settings'.

3. From the 'my devices' tab, REMOVE the iPad or iPhone that cannot be activated.

4. Try activating the iPad or iPhone again, it should work now.

5. Verify that your iPad or iPhone returns in iCloud again.

This should be all...

(NO NEED for resetting to factory settings!!!)

yes it is courious. But more courious ist the fact that iTunes could not verified my device, so wiping was the only way to fix the problem. I wonder why the iPad 2 should be activated anyway? So after wiping the iPad2 the activation has done. But the activation server has known the iPad which belongs to the apple ID "a*******@b******.com" Account, so I have taken the same apple ID to re-activate the iPad.
