How to fix sound on a mac with windows 10 installed?

So I just downloaded windows 10 in my apple MacBook and the sound does not work I've try updating the drivers and delete them and still does not work, What can I do? Please tell me step by step since I don't know much about computers, thanks!

MacBook Air, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)

Do you have BC6 drivers downloaded to a USB Flash drive? If not, then


User uploaded file


and from the USB, run setup.exe in the Bootcamp folder.

Under my device manager there doesn't appear any unknown devices but under the tab other devices there is a multimedia controller which says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" you think that might be the problem? . Under Audio devices it says Speakers(High Definition Audio Device). And the year of my mac is 2012
