So I just downloaded windows 10 in my apple MacBook and the sound does not work I've try updating the drivers and delete them and still does not work, What can I do? Please tell me step by step since I don't know much about computers, thanks!

Under my device manager there doesn't appear any unknown devices but under the tab other devices there is a multimedia controller which says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" you think that might be the problem? . Under Audio devices it says Speakers(High Definition Audio Device). And the year of my mac is 2012
Do you have any unknown devices in Device Manager? Do you have any Audio devices in Device Manager? What year/model is your Mac?
Microsoft store today Manually loaded the cirrus sound drivers from the apple side to a usb drive, then insta them into the Windows side.
where can i find the cirrus sound drivers? , could you please list the steps, thanks.
