I'm in the need for answers to get the following message resolved "
"an error occurred while trying to add the selected device: 0xffffffce
This happens when I try to add my Epson WF 3640 printer to my queue via WIFI.
MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.2)
Thanks for your reply. I did that before I got the message I'm asking help for. Very disappointing as I have another PC running windows 10 and it's running perfectly. I will reset the printing system once again. I hope this time does work.

I tried. No luck. I've tried 10 times. Any other ideas ?
I just can't leave things like this. I was able to add my EPSON-WF3640 to the printer's list by using the IP option. The normal process didn't work. Since I had the printer's IP address, I used that option. In less than a second was added. No wires now. AWESOME !!!!!
What does "an error occurred while trying to add the selected device: 0xffffffce mean.
