Purchased song bad quality, cant flag it to support

Purchased song bad quality, cant flag it to support

dear sir or madam,
ive bought a song via itunes music store germany. unfortunately I can't flag it to the support.
Everytime I hit the butten 'Report problem', safari opens up but it shows standard webpage 'page cannot be displayed'.
How do I reach the support team?

Each of the pages linked off that page has a web form at the bottom for submitting your issue. You need to find the topic most relating to your issue and follow that link. That will take you to a page with the web form (you may need to scroll down the page to see the form).
