Purchased song bad quality, cant flag it to support

dear sir or madam,
ive bought a song via itunes music store germany. unfortunately I can't flag it to the support.
Everytime I hit the butten 'Report problem', safari opens up but it shows standard webpage 'page cannot be displayed'.
How do I reach the support team?
