iTunesMiniPlayer.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147023782.

With the installation of iTunes I get the following message

Module C:\Pogram Files\iTunesMiniPlayer.dll failed to register. HRESULT-2147023782.

This happens when i reinstall and install newly after I removed all apple software with Windows 10

when I say ignore to this message te installation completed but when i start iTunes I gt the message that a module is missing and I have to reinstall iTunes,

Until a month ago the updates for iTunes where never a problem.

My problem is now that I am not able to backup and restore my iPhone and my iPad any more.

How can I solve this problem?

the file iTunesMiniPlayer.dll is not in the directory C:\Program Files\

but in C:\Program Files\iTunes

Could that be the problem?

If that is the case there is a failure in the installation script from iTunes.
