install OS X El Capitan: amd-action:authenticate:sp

Mi problem:

I try reinstall OS X El Capitan in my macbook pro:

1- format hard drive and try install OS X

2- Select hard drive and continue

3- Sign in to dowloadn form de app store

4- ERROR:

An unexpected error occurred while signing in.

AMD-Action:authenticate:SP

HELP PLEASE!
