Best speaker/microphone setup for MacPro

Greetings all..

I've been looking over the local stores and online sites for a solid speaker and microphone setup for a MacPro. One of the downsides of going from a MBP to MacPro was the loss of camera, mic and speakers.

I'm looking for something that fits under the monitor and has really good sound quality and volume for Skype, conference calls, follow-me calls from the iPhone, etc. I'm not an audiophile so no need for anything large but I need solid volume with clarity.

I know I can go out and buy a 3.5mm mic and a set of 3.5mm speakers but I was hoping to find something that fits well with the MacPro's design and use.

I'm looking to avoid the bluetooth and other gimmick things like Beats, etc. Something reliable, good quality that doesn't require pairing, charging, etc.
